The historic Tahoe Biltmore Lodge and Casino located in picturesque Crystal Bay, NV on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, is seeking customer-focused individuals. Be a part of history in the making as we work through the final years of the Biltmore prior to moving into our new facility slated to be fully operational within the next few years. As a successful Housekeeper / Houseman you will:
Ø Clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges as well as guest rooms
Ø Organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
Ø Distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
Ø Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies
Ø Replace dirty linens with clean items
Ø Store all dirty laundry in line with company policy
Ø Check all appliances in rooms are in working order
Ø Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
Ø Respond to guest queries and requests
Ø Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms
Ø Organize and restock cart at the end of the shift
Ø Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
Ø Follow all company safety and security procedures
Ø Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Ø Observe and report damage of hotel property

Preferred Knowledge and Experience -- willing to train -- : 
Ø High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ø Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
Ø Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
Ø Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
Ø Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
Ø Ability to lift, push and pull load - sometimes up to 30 lbs.
